Many insurance companies will insist that your system is under maintenance and serviced regularly. To ensure you are able to comply with their requirements, we offer full service and maintenance contracts on the whole range on equipment we install.
For larger commercial sites with integrated systems, we can set up a maintenance contract to meet your particular requirements with 24-hour security for all your equipment.
We also take on service and maintenance of existing systems.

Contracts for Intruder Alarms
'Communicated' Systems
All customers with a communicated system are offered our standard maintenance contract, which provides 24-hour cover with an 'on-call' engineer available 365 days a year. One of our highly trained service engineers will carry out a preventative maintenance service twice yearly on your communicated system. Note: A valid/current maintenance contract is required for police response to be maintained on the system.
'Local Audible' Systems
We offer a standard maintenance contract on all our local audible systems. The maintenance contract gives 24-hour cover, 365 days a year and includes an annual maintenance service, where you will be issued with a copy of the Preventative Maintenance Record, as proof for your insurance company that the system is fully functioning.
Call-out Response
For all intruder alarm systems under maintenance contract, we are bound by contract to guarantee a response time within 4 hours, for all 'emergency' calls., and we pride ourselves on our fast response time.
